McElligott is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Fellow American College of Physicians and a member of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine. He completed his residency at Griffin Hospital and Yale University School of Medicine at Derby, CT. McElligott holds a Masters of Public Heath from the University of Tennessee Knoxville and is a Certified Medical Review Officer. He currently owns Occupational Health Systems and resides in Knoxville, TN.

My old service buddy drives truck and called me yesterday after hearing your broadcast on the trucker station. The subject was about people who loose a lot of weight and have stretched skin remaining after the loss. You recommended to go to a burn center to have it removed at an affordable cost because they can reuse the skin for burn victims. Do you know of any centers in Connecticut I could contact that provide this service. Thank You
